Forge & Build is Hiring a Sales Associate - Sales

Forge & Build is immediately hiring a Sales Associate - Sales to join our Mansfield, MO team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Primary Responsibilities

+ Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, cleaning, merchandising and overall store cleanliness

+ Maintain a friendly helpful attitude

+ Assist customers in solving their problems

+ Maintain a positive, professional and safe environment at all times

+ Maintain strong product knowledge

+ Provide outstanding customer service and sales

+ Enter transactions and operate cash register

+ Assist in keeping the sales floor clean and orderly, including signage and bintags

+ Ordering and maintaining items in store

Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ Former retail or trade (ex: building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) experience preferred

+ Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing required
