Assistant Store Leader
Reporting to the Store Leader you will ensure Team Members are receiving regular feedback, development opportunities, and the support they need to succeed. This role will be key in maintaining high performance standards across the store, ensuring that all our team members are empowered to grow and excel in their role.

Experience in leadership, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Experience handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and workforce planning.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
A results-driven mindset, with the ability to set goals and create action plans that improve performance and drive success.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance coaching duties with other responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, motivating approach to leadership, with a focus on fostering a supportive and empowering work environment.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
What Is Expected Of You
Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
