STORE MANAGER - DEPARTMENT STORE

BOSTON, CHESNUT HILL - UP TO $85,000 + COMPANY BENEFITS & BONUS

ABOUT:

• British premium contemporary brand.
• Newly launched within the US Market with a focus on having a strong presence within Department Stores.
• The Brand's products represent vibrant fashion essentials and stylish pieces with flair and colour within Women's & Men's categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to work within a busy Department Store environment with excellent communication skills.
• Deliver retail excellent FOH & BOH with a keen eye for detail.
• Drive clienteling and repeat business from the floor with a strong team ethic.
• Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives
• Ability to manage Visual roll out's and displays for a strong brand image.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years within Fashion Retail Management as a Store Manager, Concession Manager, Team Leader, Floor Manager or Assistant Store Manager/Department Manager.
• Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
