Rooted in our commitment to cannabis education, community engagement, and responsible consumption, we are seeking a knowledgeable Store Manager to contribute their expertise and help shape our brand's vision and image.

The Store Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front/back office of our cannabis retail store, managing our cannabis consultant team as well as liaising with leadership, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees daily operations of the front/back office and technical teams
  • Develops and implements process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Achieves high levels of performance and sales report by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to leadership
  • Reviews operational reports and records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, monitors store profitability
  • Assists General Manager and Purchasing Specialist with supply chain logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor negotiations
  • Monitors and reviews inventory levels and documents in MTRIC to ensure accuracy of store stock
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies as needed
  • Coordinates with other departments to achieve company goals and resolve operational issues
  • Monitors and reports on operational performance and develops strategic plans for operational activity and improvement
  • Implements quality control measures to maintain high standards in production
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a team of professionals to foster a high-performance culture
  • Supervises a team; management duties include but are not limited to the team's hiring process, professional development, labor distribution, communication with staff members, scheduling, performance reviews, and personal responsibility for the Facility team.
  • Reports to accounting all finance-related activities on a weekly basis such as sales including but not limited to cash logs, petty cash, and credit card receipts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in cannabis retail
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry's regulatory standards is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent G-Suites, POS, and MS Office proficiency
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
