What You'll Do:

• Lead with Flavor: Set the tone by creating memorable customer experiences in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment.
• Drive Success: Meet and exceed sales goals, analyze performance, and implement strategies to keep our store thriving.
• Recruit the Dream Team: Hire, train, and develop a team of passionate ice cream enthusiasts who represent our brand's mission.
• Perfect the Product: Ensure every scoop meets our high standards for flavor, portion size, and presentation.
• Manage with Precision: Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and all other operational aspects to keep our store running smoothly.
• Be the Ice Cream Pro: Make fresh, delicious ice cream to Handel's exact standards and keep the back of house organized and efficient.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
