As the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating a seamless operation and creating a welcoming, customer-friendly environment in our store.   • Create an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
  • Champion a customer-focused environment throughout the store.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring.
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
  • Meet goals by training, motivating, and providing feedback to team members.
  • Evaluate performance, identify training needs, and work towards objectives.
  • Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Supervise employees, provide training, conduct appraisals, and take corrective action.
  • Implement business strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals through guiding and providing feedback to the team.
  • Undertake store administrative tasks (manage store budgets, track financial records.)
  • Build reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
  • Engage in additional tasks and initiatives as needed to ensure the store's overall success.

Requirements
  • Candidates must be 18+ years or older
  • Complete a pre-employment background check
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Ability to lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50lbs
