You'll focus on driving sales and profit, fostering a customer-centric culture, building a strong team, and ensuring compliance with company standards.Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maximizing sales, expense control, and profit management while delivering exceptional customer service
• Building and managing a dedicated store team through hiring, training, retention, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Promoting a safe and productive work environment aligned with WCTractor standards
• Implementing WCTractor standards in inventory management, promotions, loss prevention, and audit compliance

Store Manager QualificationsStore Manager QualificationsMinimum requirements for the store manager position include:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum two years retail leadership experience. Farming, ranching, agriculture experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive customer service experience required
• Computer skills required
• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours at a time
