Hourly rate ranges from $21.00 - $21.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store.
  • Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
  • Control expenses and manage shrink.
  • Handle merchandising and inventory control.
  • Manage staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
    • Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • Must have a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
