Store Trainer - Brookshire Grocery Company : Job Details

Coordinates with retail management to train and develop partners. Works closely with front end partners to ensure training guidelines are being followed. Monitors and reports partner progress to management and makes recommendations regarding training opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works in conjunction with upper management to train and develop partners. Conducts retail partner on-boarding and introduces new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture. Collaborates with retail management to identify partners in need of training and to ensure all necessary training modules are completed. Remains current on Company policies, procedures, business initiatives, and technologies. Receives teaching materials from corporate and conducts training sessions covering a wide variety of areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc. Reports progress of partners during training periods to management.
