• Receives, stores and maintains an inventory of all equipment and supplies owned or purchased by the BOCES.
• Inspects all deliveries, equipment, and supplies.
• Types and maintains various types of records as it relates to inventory and other duties of the position.
• Distributes all supplies to various school buildings and/or departments throughout the BOCES.
• Receives requisitions or printing orders from school principals, supervisors, and other school personnel, for printing orders, and advises timeline of completion.
• Notifies appropriate personnel and/or supervisor of depletion of stock or when a request is unable to be processed.
• Utilizes various software programs and databases to create reports, invoices, and maintenance of various inventory records.
• Coordinate billing of component districts for printing or requisitions received and provide invoices as required.
• Assist the printing department in the completion of various tasks as needed.
• Operates various office equipment and software related to word processing, computing, calculating, copy machines, scanners and other relevant office machines in the printing dept.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Civil Service Status as a Stores Clerk STARTING DATE: ASAP BENEFITS: Membership in the appropriate retirement system, health insurance, sick, vacation, and personal leave.
