Job Summary: Assists the Associate Vice President and Regional Director of Monett with recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes. Additionally, recruits students for the Monett campus.Duties/Responsibilities:This job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties or responsibility requirements. - Manage and oversee the enrollment software programs for Drury GO. Uses best practices to track, analyze, correlate, and present institutional data for Drury GO. Works with the AVP and Director of Institutional Research on data drive approaches to enrollment.
- Coordinate and manage admissions and enrollment processing efforts, including communications requirements and student database development and maintenance. Monitor day-to-day operations of the admissions operations, assist in developing admission policies, procedures and criteria; resolve problems when necessary; recommend changes to policies and procedures. Provides support for recruitment efforts by assisting the campus directors in the administration of the admissions process and developing and training staff.
- Collaborate with the AVP, and relevant financial aid, business office, and registration personnel on strategies to streamline and expedite the enrollment processes.
- Participates in the development, planning and execution of the on and off Monett campus admission and programs such as college visit days, open-houses, career-fairs, departmental events and weekend recruiting events throughout the year.
- Attends and participates in all enrollment training to assist in continued professional development and role enhancement.
- Using personalized communication techniques, including but not limited to phone, email, text messaging and virtual software to advise prospective Monett students through the application process. Provides the primary contact to constituents in the designated territory on behalf of the university. Counsel prospective Monett students about Drury University degree programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial responsibility. Ensures Monett students have a solid understanding of the time commitment, technology and skills required to be a successful student. Consistently achieve the expected goals and objectives including, but not limited to: daily activity, schedule adherence, call outline adherence, call and email flow, service and support, compliance, and program knowledge.

- Bachelor's degree in a higher education, business or related field and related experience, in which the candidate has been responsible for all the functional and strategic aspects of recruitment and/or enrollment in higher education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization and external constituents
- Experience in marketing and building external partnerships.
- Ability to solve problems and to think critically and independently for organizing and completing workload
- Ability to set goals, to prioritize and organize tasks and workload in order to complete assignments in a timely manner
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from students, faculty, military personnel, regulatory agencies, and members of the business and academic community.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to handle deadlines and work well in stressful situations in a calm, orderly and accurate manner
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for phone calling, special events, travel, and office work.
- Ability to greet and host campus visitors.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and other software programs, for communicating, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, report preparation and the development of effective presentations
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation and be willing to travel to any of our satellite campuses and the communities in which they are located
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a higher education, business or related field and related experience, in which the candidate has been responsible for all the functional and strategic aspects of or recruitment and/or enrollment in higher education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
