Location: West Chester, PA (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager with a strong background in health economics, market access, or healthcare operations to manage global health economics, value, and outcomes (GHEVO) initiatives. This position will involve overseeing the design and implementation of strategic projects, executive dashboards, and training programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and optimize processes, and provide critical data-driven insights to inform decision-making at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support strategic operations and project management initiatives within the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology industries.
- Develop executive dashboards, training programs, and agendas to align with organizational goals.
- Implement and improve processes for large-scale, cross-functional teams.
- Manage competing priorities effectively while ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables.
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project management tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor, analyze, and report on project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or business operations within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
- Proven experience in health economics, outcomes research (HEOR), market access, epidemiology, or health policy.
- Expertise in creating and implementing executive dashboards using platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Compensation:
- Pay rate will be based on experience.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
