The SPC will establish processes to support the growth, development and operational effectiveness of all current and future KVH service line and participate in assessing and identifying new service opportunities and partnerships, with focus on bridging gaps between community healthcare needs and services offered through current healthcare system. The position is responsible for establishing client relationships, including those with community-based clinics, entities and other referral sources, and will liaise between the District, strategic partners, and KVH practices to communicate services, secure input regarding referrals and advocate for the practices. This position serves as the face of service lines to the public, RFP (request for proposal) response, service line research, and provides assistance with business contract negotiations, as directed by Administration and may be requested to represent KVH with collaborative organizations.QualificationsWhat is required...
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public relations/marketing or health care related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years of clinical operations experience
  • Minimum of three years in strategic business or healthcare service line development

  • Previous experience or certification in project management
  • Sales and/or marketing experience in health care
  • Experience in the healthcare field connected to Kittitas County and county businesses
Additional InformationWage: Wage range starts at $106,080/year to $164,320/year. Actual wage will be determined based on previous years' of applicable experience. FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week; ExemptBenefits: This position is benefits eligible Union Status: This is a non-union covered position
