What You'll Do
As Strategy Director at Madwell, you'll be responsible for developing strategies across all phases of our client accounts, including initial brand strategy, ongoing campaigns, one-off activations, and new product/feature launches. You'll balance your time between working with internal colleagues and directly with clients to sell, promote, and defend our work. You'll be our in-house expert on everything related to the client's business, brand, and target audience, routinely identifying new opportunities and insights to inspire our team.
As an experienced strategy leader, you'll utilize our existing tools and processes while adding your unique expertise, training, and mentoring others along the way. You'll advocate for and support the strategy process within the agency.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
