Strategy & Planning Director - Wells Fargo : Job Details

Lead the delivery of key Commercial Banking strategic priorities/initiatives, providing principal-level strategic consulting services and thought-leadership to CBs businesses and functional areas. Lead the day-to-day management of team(s) driving those initiatives and deliver solutions that are fit-for-purpose, long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Manage CB Strategys relationship with, including the intake and delivery of its services, to a portfolio of CBs business or functional areas. Lead the day-to-day administrative management of a pool of CB Strategy resources and contribute actively to CB strategys stature and internal culture. Develop more junior team members, drive a culture of talent development. Interact regularly with executive management from Commercial Banking, Corporate Strategy, Digital, and Innovation, and Wells Fargo more broadly.
