ResponsibilitiesStrong Recovery, a part of the Addiction Psychiatry Division, is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for an exciting new role. This position involves providing direct patient care while assisting with the oversight of daily clinical operations for the program's outpatient substance use treatment services and the Opioid Treatment Program, staff supervision including but not limited to clinical supervision, performance evaluations, onboarding and orientation, and scheduling. The ANM provides direct support to the Nurse Manager and collaborates in conjunction with a multidisciplinary leadership team including Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Coordinators, and Directors at Strong Recovery. Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills, be process driven, flexible, and a positive role model. Willingness to engage in process improvement opportunities, work collaboratively as a multidisciplinary team member, and have an affinity for meeting regulatory standards and requirements. RN License and BSN Required, minimum 3 to 5 years demonstrated clinical expertise.QualificationsRequires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience.
