Job Title: Structural Project Engineer

Job Summary: LVI Associates are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our clients' Structural Engineering practice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus, and a proven track record of managing projects in mission-critical, life sciences/biotech, healthcare, and aviation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to develop and implement project plans.Conduct structural analysis and design for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.Perform site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus (Master's degree strongly preferred).Approximately 5 - 7 years of experience in engineering, ideally within mission-critical, life sciences/biotech, healthcare, or aviation sectors.Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license is a plus.Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Benefits:
