Position OverviewAs the Student & Alumni Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the connection between CAHE and its growing alumni network. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to engage alumni, promote lifelong learning, and foster meaningful professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Alumni Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive alumni engagement plans that align with CAHE's mission and objectives.
- Events Coordination: Plan and execute alumni events, including networking sessions, professional development workshops, and reunions.
- Communication and Outreach: Oversee alumni communications, including newsletters, social media, and other platforms to share updates, achievements, and opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain and enhance the alumni database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for outreach and engagement purposes.
- Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to create additional resources and opportunities for alumni.
- Feedback Integration: Conduct surveys and gather feedback to continually refine alumni programs and initiatives.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or related roles, preferably within higher education or healthcare.
Skills:- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
