Job Summary

This is a 19.5 hour per week maximum, part-time student position. This position requires employees who are able to positively represent this Office and the College to various internal and external constituents with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

The student employee must have effective writing and verbal communication skills, and experience using Microsoft Office. Student employees must have a high level of integrity as they may come into contact with confidential information. Will assist at all home athletic competitions as statisticians, scorekeepers, clock operators and assist with live video broadcast of events including filming, announcing, and updating on-screen graphics. May be assigned to one of a variety of areas, depending upon skill set and aptitude. Must be trustworthy as he or she may be assigned as concessions staff and/or ticket-seller. The student assistant will also assist with other departmental events as assigned.

This position has been designated by the institution as a Position of Trust.

The weekly schedule will be assigned by the supervisor in conjunction with the student's class schedule. The work schedule is subject to change between semesters or as needed. Students are not to work during scheduled class time, even if class is cancelled or dismissed early.

' Assignment may be based on skill-level and aptitude in a particular area

* Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times

* Must successfully pass a background check

Proposed Salary

$9.00 per hour
