QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school teaching certification preferred.

JOB GOAL: To assist students throughout the school in order to ensure their success.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: The student assistant checks student passes and supervises hallways, monitors student behavior and attendance in the school cafeteria, performs washroom supervision, assists the deans in supervising the parking lot, supervises the locker rooms, monitors behavior and attendance in study halls, and performs additional duties as assigned by the associate principal.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

* Work Year: 140 student attendance days - 7 hours per day - 4 days a week

* Fringe Benefits: Not Applicable

* Salary: $130.00 per day.

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated continually on an informal basis.
