This position will assist faculty and staff with greenhouse, lab, and field work and routine lab maintenance, publications, newsletters, research projects, and field plots.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

Bachelor's degree in horticulture preferred. Preference given to candidates with horticulture experience. Field/ greenhouse training will be provided as appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills.

Physical Demands

Lift 25 pound and work in inclement weather, as needed (i.e. rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.) Driving.
