Student Engagement Coordinator - Ball State University : Job Details

Contribute to the success and engagement of Ball States online students by communicating effectively with students and staff; leverage technology and innovative strategies to enhance the learner experience; utilize the customer relationship management system to enhance student engagement; assist high school students and contribute to projects within Ball States Dual Credit Program, perform office management duties and provide administrative support for the Learner Experience Team and Division of Online and Strategic Learning. Minimum Education Associates degree or equivalent. Minimum Experience One year of related office and customer service experience.
