In this role, you will assume a wide range of activities and responsibilities supporting Data and Technology as well as other internal corporate business customers.You will be exposed to the different architecture domains such as business, solution, and enterprise architecture. This role is accountable to help with the facilitation of architecture governance processes and management of our Enterprise Architecture repository. You will be working in a team-oriented environment and will contribute significantly to the goals of the EA team. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:Supporting technology governance processes by coordinating with key stakeholders, facilitating technical design review sessions, and documenting assessment outcomes.Assisting with the Application Portfolio Management process and working to keep data in the Enterprise Architecture repository up to date.Conducting research and documenting the impact of new trends on business operations to assist in the publication of the Emerging Technology Radar.Getting involved in the roll-out of the enterprise technology strategy.Assisting solution architects in documentation and analysis activities.Supporting other EA initiatives as required.To succeed in this role, you have:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution within Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related program.Investigate and respond to ad hoc requests as required with a high degree of flexibility, attention to details, and ability to prioritize workload effectively.Creative thinker with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving competencies.Strong communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.Willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail.We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members.
