Responsibilities Student Enrichment Mentor• Provide student enrichment to elementary-aged students in our local community.• Assist students with developing skills in communication, social-emotional strategies, digital literacy, and reading literacy.• Assist in planning and directing STEAM skill building and activities.• Active mentors are expected to be effective listeners and communicators to the students to help them overcome obstacles, gain confidence, and reach their full potential.Social Media Specialist• Generate, edit, publish and share daily social media content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.• Schedule and publish posts, interact with followers, and monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends.• Research, track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and campaigns• Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.• Collaborate with other administrative staff on various initiatives supporting the Friendly Center.• Assist in other projects as needed.Web Designer• Assist in designing and creating website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements that align with our brand's identity and objectives.• Develop wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.• Support the integration and management of website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.• Apply UX principles to enhance the usability and accessibility of website• Work and collaborate with marketing and administrative team to implement design solutions and resolve any design-related issues.• Assist in other projects as needed.Graphic Designer• Develop visual content for marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and social media graphics.• Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.• Make necessary revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs are polished and accurate.• Prepare and deliver design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all specifications are met.• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project goals.• Assist in other projects as needed.Childcare Assistant• Childcare Assistant provides support in the daily care and supervision of children in a childcare setting.• Supervise and interact with children to ensure their safety and well-being.• Assist in planning and
