WSU-ROAR is a residential, inclusive postsecondary education program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). WSU ROAR provides individualized programs of study in education, vocation, social skills, and independent living through person-centered planning.As the Student Services Coordinator/Advisor 2, you will utilize your experience planning, organizing and prioritizing skills to perform all administrative tasks, timelines, and record-keeping associated with implementing and maintaining the WSU ROAR program, including but not limited to: maintaining and evaluating daily programming; maintaining program operations; responsible for program results; teaching workshops; facilitating independent living skill development; training and supervising hourly undergraduate staff; providing experiential opportunities for students; organizing events; representing the program to internal and external constituents; related administrative functions.This is a full (100% FTE), project position. This position is overtime eligible.Temporary End Date: This is a temporary position expected to end on December 31, 2025. Experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.
