Student - Stockroom Lab Assistant - Central College - Central College : Job Details

Job Description:

Work will be done under the direction of Stockroom Manager and professors of the science departments

* Manage the computer Chemical Inventory System

* Check equipment and chemicals in and out to professors and students

* Make various solutions and prepare equipment for labs

* Help maintain a clean lab and stockroom

* Watering the greenhouse and maintaining aquarium

* Perform clerical work

* Perform periodic audits of the safety equipment in the labs

Requirements:

* Must have completed General Chemistry or an AP Chemistry course.

* Must possess good people skills

* Ability to work independently

* Good communication skills

* Able to multitask and maintain high level of professionalism

* Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds

* Must possess manual dexterity for precision lab work with extreme detail
