This position is remote; however, it requires occasional in-person attendance in Southern and/or Northern California, typically for 2-4 multi-day events per year. Candidates must reside within a 30-mile radius of the 92584 zip code (Menifee). [All locations are linked to one posting, so there is no need to submit multiple applications for this position.] Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director (or designee), the Student Support Clerk performs general clerical functions within the educational setting and works with limited supervision under a broad framework of standard policies and procedures. Key responsibilities may include serving as a first point of contact for students, parents, and partners, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service experience; assists in various complex duties relating to Registrar & Compliance matters according to established policies and procedures; inventory, order, receive, store, and ship student chromebooks and hotspots; communicate with vendors to obtain price quotes.
