Ohio University Transportation & Parking Services is seeking responsible and reliable student drivers. Student driver duties may include the following: 1. Operates transportation services for students, faculty/staff and visitors of Ohio University to include scheduled university routes, on-demand transportation resources, accessibility transport & special event accommodations .. Provides superior customer service and safe, efficient transport to customers with adherence to all university, state, and federal laws and regulations. Assists with handling of equipment/luggage, materials & supplies. Performs routine vehicle inspection activities and maintains proper transportation documentation to ensure compliance with all position requirements .. Assists with transportation dispatching and ride request scheduling as needed based on transportation request demand utilizing scheduling software to meet campus transportation needs ..
