Student Wellness Coordinator - Pace University : Job Details

DescriptionThis Work-Study Wellness Coordinator position supports the Assistant Provost for Wellness in carrying out the University's mission. The Wellness Coordinator will play a key role in the implementation initiatives and programs related to student, staff and faculty wellness, success, and support, particularly as they relate to the 8 dimensions of wellness. This includes, but is not limited to: Attending NYC Orientations to welcome new students and discuss the offerings of the Center for Wellbeing; planning for Fall 2024 programs and initiatives; conducting research on a variety of related topics, including but not limited to best wellness practices; assisting with enhancing the Center for Wellbeing's website; working on the Blue Campaign for counter human trafficking; creating informational flyers, business cards, zines and other communications for the upcoming semester; exploring offerings from other wellness/kindness foundations (e.g., Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation; Random Acts of Kindness Foundation; etc.) to determine how we can adapt their resources/programs at Pace; supporting kindness initiatives; assisting with the creation of an annual report; assisting with the creation of social media platforms for the Center; and carrying out other special projects as needed.
