Cogeneration Plant - Office Work. The Facilities Operations office at Indiana University of PA (IUP) is looking for a self motivated student, preferably someone who is a Safety Sciences major or minor, capable of maintaining confidentiality in a professional environment at our Cogeneration Plant. We are looking for a student with initiative, who is detail oriented, proficient with computers, and reliable. This position is available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (we work with your class schedule), with a Maximum of 15 hours per week. DUTIES INCLUDE: Assist staff with general office duties including but not limited to - Answering the office phones and taking messages - Making radio calls to the Maintenance personnel - Creating work orders as needed - Completing work orders as they are turned in - Sorting work orders and filing them at the end of each month - Running errands either on or off campus {as needed) - Data entry and other office duties on an as nee...Operations, Facilities, Worker, Student, Operation, Manufacturing, Education
