This job assists the Student Life and Activities office in the implementation of Student Life and Activities programs, activities, and processes and assures procedures in the Student Lounge are followed
Minimum Required Education
High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum Required Experience
Six months of recent clerical wage earning experience is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Must be proficient in operating various office machines to include personal computer, knowledge of record keeping Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
* Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Publisher software.
* Willing to learn additional programs if needed.
* Must be detail oriented, organized with strong customer service skills. Must be neat in appearance, discreet work well with others and demonstrate ability to work quickly and accurately with minimum supervisions.
* Must be capable of projecting self and articulating the policies of the institution.
