Subcontracts Purchasing Administrator - Middletown CT
The Senior Subcontracts Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for complex, and high dollar value procurements, and developing subcontract specifications, work statements and terms and conditions for the procurement of specific specialized commodities, prepare bid packages, conduct bidder's conferences, analyze, and evaluate proposals.
The position will Maintain effective liaison with suppliers/subcontractors and necessary company operating departments as to progress of materials, anticipated delivery schedules, etc. while using automated information systems to produce and track purchase orders and related documentation.
We require a BA in business or related field and 7-10 years of experience, with extensive knowledge of procurement and/or contracts administration.
