You will play a vital role in investigating, analyzing, and resolving automobile property damage claims, delivering strong results for our clients and firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Adjudicate subrogation auto and workers' compensation claims of higher technical complexity, working under technical direction.
• Negotiate settlements and manage subrogation claims through litigation to resolution.
• Analyze and resolve claims while identifying creative solutions for optimal financial outcomes.
• Report trends and claim developments to senior management and underwriters.
• Act as a resource for claims adjusters, providing expertise on subrogation matters.
• Manage claim diaries and ensure timely completion of tasks for efficient case resolution.
• Collaborate with legal and expert resources to drive case success.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports for file documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience adjudicating auto or workers' compensation claims.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to quickly obtain any required licenses for claims adjudication.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of profitability within an insurance setting.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and strong decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
