Substance Abuse Case Worker Hours 8 a - 4 pm (30 min lunch) 3-week training in Elizabethtown Substance Abuse Case Worker Compensation The pay for this position is $26.00-28.00 an hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees. Substance Abuse Case Worker Responsibilities Assist with MAT referrals in the community, including setting up and scheduling appointments for medication and treatment. Ensure needs, benefits, and services are obtained in accordance with assigned individuals' treatment plans. Track and update spreadsheet/database on everyone released from an SCI on a MAT.
