Superintendent of Human Capital POSTINGTO: All Kettering City School District locations and outside locations as designated by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Capital.POSITION: FOOD & NUTRITION SERVICE SUBSTITUTELOCATION: DISTRICT WIDEGENERAL INFORMATION: Under the supervision of the manager, assist in preparing menu items, setting up the serving line, serving and cleaning equipment and the kitchen area.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, Partial List:

Serves and adheres to portion control as instructed by the manager and /or Food Service Workers II.

Exhibits rigid sanitation and safety standards at all times.

Demonstrates professional personal appearance and work habits.

Exhibits a positive attitude and work ethic.

Cooperates with the manager and be part of a team in serving schedules, menu changes and other food service-related activities.

Follows directions of the manager to serve a high-quality meal.

Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, Partial List:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
