The Nevada City School District is nestled in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills and is home to students in transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or 48 units preferred. Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.

Open Until Filled Required Documents: Completed NCSD Classified application, resume, letter of interest, three (3) current letters of recommendation, copies of all transcripts and applicable certificates. REQUIREMENTS Must successfully pass live scan background check and T.B. clearance. Must pass a proficiency test administered by the district. Position requires moderate physical exertion associated with the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, crawl, or climb. Lifting up to 50 pounds (lbs.) maximum or carry any object weighting 25 lbs. Complete required mandated trainings. Must successfully pass CPR and First Aid Training
