Success Coaches serve as students' primary point of contact and will guide students through registration, orientation, financial aid, academic advising, counseling, and career services. These positions offer ongoing navigation and support to an assigned caseload of students, including troubleshooting, determining eligibility for benefits, locating student resources as requested, referring students to appropriate academic departments, and performing other student-related tasks. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to: Navigating students through the onboarding process. Coordinating academic support for assigned programs. Using technology to monitor program and performance progress as appropriate. Counseling students on financial aid. Refer students to appropriate counseling services. Reviewing and accepting onboarding documents. Receiving and addressing early alert notifications. Overall office operations.
