SUCCESS NAVIGATOR, MATH (FULL-TIME/GRANT FUNDED)Posting Number: S1001Department: Vice President for Student AffairsPosition Type: ExemptEmployment Status: Full-Time-StaffSalary: $43,888 per 12 monthsOpen Date: 12/06/2024Close Date: 01/07/2025Job Description Summary:The purpose of this position is to provide impactful, connective services to prospective and current students both on and off campus in support of DMC3, a federally funded Title V grant. This position will help students make the transition to the college environment, support, and advise students during their college experience, and help students with the transfer process to the university level or into the workforce. This position will work closely to support the current and future needs of developmental education for the institution.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.One (1) year of related experience providing student services in higher education.Student outreach experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Pure MathematicsMaster's degree in Pure MathematicsMaster's degree in a STEM fieldTeaching experienceDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsKnowledge in interpreting the College's catalog.Understanding of the College's general admissions requirement; financial aid requirements; department requirements; and academic support services.Experience utilizing Etreive, Datatel/Colleague, and CivitasSpecial Instructions to Applicants:This is a security-sensitive position.
