Overview:
Our Ski and Snowboard School Support Team Members are key players in the day-to-day operations of our Ski and Snowboard School. Support Team Members assist with indoor and outdoor check-in and checkout procedures for families and our young guests; spend time with small children performing indoor programming activities; prepare and assist in lunch service; and help to motivate children when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with inside operations such as running daily activities and interacting with guests to meet their needs and concerns
- Assist the instructors and guests with rental equipment as needed
- Assist the instructors and guests with slopeside check-ins and lesson prep
- Serve and clean up lunch
- Complete tasks and assignments as instructed by Support Team Lead
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in working with children is preferred but not required
- Be able to work weekends and holidays (these are our busiest times)
