Job Description :
Manage a team of local and remote suicide prevention specialists focused on delivering high levels of service, training, support, and subject matter expertise. Oversee the delivery and evaluation of Wounded Warrior Projects Suicide Prevention Program initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders. Partner with senior leadership and other stakeholders in the development of short- and long-term learning strategies that support programmatic and organizational needs. Monitor team performance. Collect and analyze relevant data and prepare statistical reports with performance metrics to demonstrate the productivity, quality, and effectiveness of the Suicide Prevention program. Serve as a mentor to the team, developing their skills and abilities, and supporting them as they provide internal and external programming.
