Summer 2025 Internship-Manufacturing InternAnaheim, CA, USOn-siteThe Summer Intern at the Anaheim Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) Manufacturing Site will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This internship provides an opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop skills in various aspects of manufacturing, quality control, and product development. Key Responsibilities- Assist with ongoing projects related to manufacturing processes, quality control, and product development. Conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis to support project objectives. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Gain an understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment used at the TTH site. Participate in daily production activities, including monitoring and documenting production metrics. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Support quality control activities, including sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials and finished products. Assist with the implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures. Document and report any deviations or non-conformities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the manufacturing operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working on-site. Participate in safety training and drills as required. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the internship. Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and supervisors to support professional growth. Engage in networking opportunities with other interns and professionals within the company
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.

You bring:- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
