If you are a team player with a passion for excellence, we would love to hear from you!RequirementsInternship OverviewOur Summer 2025 Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in the new home building industry. This internship will run for 10-12 weeks, commencing on June 2nd, 2025.Departments Seeking Internships:
- Construction: Assist with general labor tasks on job sites, support project management efforts, participate in site visits, and help ensure quality assurance under the supervision of the Superintendents and Construction Manager.
- Marketing: Assist in developing engaging content that showcases our new homes, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to social media strategies aimed at driving sales and enhancing brand visibility.
- New Home Sales: Support the sales team in client interactions, presentations, and market research.
- Purchasing: Help with supplier management, inventory tracking, and procurement processes.
- Land Development: Assist with land acquisition efforts, support planning and preparation of parcels for the vertical build phase and help manage tasks related to land development to ensure effective project execution.
- Real Estate Analysis: Conduct market research, financial modeling, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- A rising senior set to graduate in December 2025 or May/June 2026, currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Construction Management, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
