Job DescriptionSchnucks' Summer Intern Program is an immersive corporate internship based in our St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. Interns gain real-world experience in their designated department, and collaborate on a cross-functional, inter-disciplinary group project to present at the end of the summer. These are paid internships that require full-time attendance 6/2/2025 through 8/8/2025.The 2025 Emerging Technologies Summer Internship supports multiple projects for our Emerging Technologies team. This role offers practical experience in multiple functions and an introduction to the company and culture at Schnucks.This role requires 4 days in the office, 1 day remote, and is located in St Louis, Missouri.Essential Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Simbe Help Desk tickets through to resolution
  • Monitor Aperion Help Desk tickets through to resolution
  • Facilitate communication between store teams, Help Desk, and store support business partners
  • Work with the teams on Jira ticket organization and completeness
  • Document business requirements to help the App Dev team proceed with their work
  • Monitor team time logging and budgeting
  • Track issues and new ideas
  • Help with any manual testing that is not part of automation
  • Monitor Tally scan coverage and troubleshoot any scan issues
  • Write technical documentation
  • Cross-functional group project collaborating with other interns.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Required Education: Current and Fall 2025 enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree program, preferably in Information Technology, and completed at least 30 credit hours.
  • Available to work full-time Monday through Friday 6/2/25 - 8/8/25.
  • Interest in Schnucks advancement post-graduation.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Motivated to learn and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications.
  • Must be able to work remotely as necessary.
  • Displays values consistent with Schnucks' COMET culture.
Additional Requirements - Internal candidates:
  • Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks.
  • Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks.
  • Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
  • If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
