We leverage advanced analytics to maximize returns and employ smart home technology to keep our properties secure and well-maintained. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as summer Operations Interns. As an Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in the guest experience, quality control, and the operational success of our company.

About the Internship:

• Housing in Corolla, NC provided. Looking for interns to share a home and work together. The home features ocean views and is only a short walk to the beach. You'll have a private bedroom and share a kitchen/living room/laundry. Enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer in the summer!
• Internship duration: Mid May - Mid August
• Compensation: Competitive compensation with housing and utilities included!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Coordinate with team and vendors to ensure overall management quality. Assist in home walkthrough inspections to identify maintenance related issues
• Market & Financial Analysis: Help develop market analysis and pricing strategies for clients and generate reports that inform key strategic decisions
• Owner Relations: Assist in the onboarding and sales process for prospective leads

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Current college Junior or Senior
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills
