My client is a full service general contractor headquartered out of Maryland with projects throughout MA, DC Metro, NY, & 20 other additional states. They operate on a wide range of projects including hospitality, historic buildings, multifamily apartments, condos, restaurants, offices, and retail spaces. Their average length of employment for employees is 7 years.

Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• The Superintendent will lead the day to day operations on a hotel guest room renovation in Falmouth, MA
• Manage on-site construction team, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring work is carries out according to plans and schedules
• Supervise construction projects, particularly within the hospitality sector
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Act as primary point of contact on site, resolving issues.

Profile

In return, you will possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• A strong track record in the commercial, hospitality or multifamily space
• Familiarity with Procore
• Must have MA CSL & can provide license number & expiration date
• Ability to be based in Massachusetts

Job Offer

• $90,000 - $130,000 base salary
• Monthly car allowance $500 / month
