Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Superintendent with proven experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will excel at overseeing all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day issues on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Description

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of construction site
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance
  • Review work progress on a daily basis
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
  • Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory
  • Adhere to all local and federal regulations, safety protocols, and building codes

Profile

A successful Candidate should have:

  • Proven working experience in construction management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Expertise in building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management capabilities, enabling the effective coordination of resources and schedules.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools to enhance project tracking and reporting.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to safety and compliance in the workplace.
