Job Title: Superintendent

Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Superintendent to manage and oversee on-site construction operations. The Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality to meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve on-site challenges, including technical and logistical issues, to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, potential risks, and solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of daily reports, safety logs, and other necessary records.
• Mentor and lead site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites.
