The first project you'll manage will be the renovation of a fertility clinic in Wakefield, with opportunities for larger-scale projects soon after. As a Superintendent, you will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

They are currently pursuing larger-scale projects, including 100,000-400,000+ square foot ground-up builds.

Superintendent - Commercial Renovations - Wakefield, MA - Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to execute plans efficiently.
• Oversee and manage field personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Lead job site safety meetings and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and quality.

Profile

Superintendent - Commercial Renovations - Wakefield, MA - Will have

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with experience managing commercial or medical/lab projects.
