  • Oversee all on-site activities for ground-up and high-end residential interior construction projects.
  • Ensure that projects are executed according to design, specifications, and NYC building codes.
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and laborers to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely completion.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to stay on track with goals.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, addressing issues, and coordinating with project managers and architects.
  • Lead progress meetings and maintain clear communication between all project stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction - high-end residential interior experience is a huge plus.
  • Strong knowledge of NYC construction codes and regulations.
  • Proven experience working on luxury residential projects in Manhattan.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
