Superintendent - High End Residential - Ipswich, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and team coordination.

Profile

Superintendent - High End Residential - Ipswich, MA - Will have

• 5+ years as a Superintendent, specifically in high-end residential/custom homes.
• Experience managing $5M+ custom home projects.
• Must come from a high-end residential construction background, ideally from a prominent or well-established competitor. Candidates from smaller homebuilders will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of the Massachusetts construction scene, with established connections to local architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Offer
